Luca Fattori
Luca Fattori is an experimental vocalist, bound to put his voice in unorthodox musical situations. Former member of “Divarikator” and “The Grand Wazoo” (a Frank Zappa Tribute), he began working on his vocal skills in small bands (trios or duos) like “LTD” (double bass and voice with Tiziano Zanotti). He recorded “Corre Voce”, a solo voice album which features guests like Paolo Tofani (Area), Michele Turrini, Gaspare De Vito and Dicofone.
With his friend Andrea Laino (who wrote the essay “Demetrio Stratos e il Teatro della Voce”, edited by Auditorium) Luca presents a show – halfway between reading and performance – about life and music of the great vocalist.
Luca and Laino are also “The Underdogs” an experimental duo that radically improvises decomposing jazz standards.
Luca helps promoting, with his vocal perfomance, the book “Almanacco dei Giorni Migliori” (edited by Fernandel) by Fabio Rizzoli.
In June 2011 he’s glad to join PropheXy, returning to a more electric sound and ready to write new music.
